Terms of Use

These terms apply to prolineservice.org (the “Site”) and to the invite-only application at app.prolineservice.org (the “App”), both run by Earth Tech Services LLC of Mesa, Arizona, for Pro Line Service and its operating companies (together, “Pro Line”, “we” or “us”). By using the Site or the App you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

1. The Site

• The Site describes our companies and services for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but details such as services, service areas, licenses and project descriptions can change. Please confirm anything important with us directly.
• A bid request is not a contract. Sending a bid request or asking for our prequalification packet does not create an agreement, a bid or a price. Any work is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both sides.
• Please send accurate information and only information you are allowed to share. Don’t use the forms to send spam, harmful code or anything unlawful.

2. The App

• Invitation only. The App is for Pro Line staff and people we invite. Your access is personal: don’t share your sign-in, keep your password safe, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Our accounts, our records. Accounts in the App belong to Pro Line. We decide who has access and at what level, and we can change or end anyone’s access at any time. All information in the App is Pro Line’s confidential business information: use it only for your work with us and don’t copy, share or export it except as your role allows.
• Don’t try to get around the limits. Don’t try to reach information your role doesn’t allow, interfere with the App, or access it by automated means we haven’t approved.
• Every change is recorded. The App keeps a log of who changed what and when. By using it you agree to that record being kept.
• Check before you rely on it. The App helps us track billing, receivables, retention and deadlines. Figures, dates and reminders it shows depend on the information entered and synced into it, and they are not legal, accounting or tax advice. Check important figures against the source documents, and ask a qualified professional about legal deadlines such as lien and prompt-payment dates.

3. QuickBooks Online

An authorized Pro Line administrator may connect the App to Pro Line’s QuickBooks Online company. By connecting, the administrator confirms they are authorized to do so for that company and allows the App to read and write the QuickBooks information described in our Privacy Policy. Use of QuickBooks itself is governed by Intuit’s terms. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc.; Pro Line is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. The connection can be ended at any time from the App or from QuickBooks.

4. Our content

The Site and App, including their text, design and logos, belong to Pro Line. You may view and print Site pages for your own business use, such as evaluating us as a subcontractor. Please don’t copy or reuse them otherwise without our permission.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

6. No warranty

We work to keep the Site and the App available and correct, but we provide them “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don’t promise they will always be available, error-free or secure.

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pro Line is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Site or the App. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change the terms of any signed agreement between you and Pro Line, which governs the work it covers.

8. Arizona law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and continuing to use the Site or App after that means you accept it.
